CNC means Computer numeric control that helps in moving and cutting workpieces more accurately in the desired shape. There are 9 straight-cutting torches in series for vertical cutting. On the other hand, there are two torches for profile cutting and one set for chamfering.

This machine is mainly composed of a drawbar centering system, roller conveyor, hydraulic system, and electric control system.

Double Cantilever Submerged Arc Welding Machine This machine uses double arc and double wire submerged arc welding with high production quality. This machine is equipped with two groups of floating lead arc devices to position the welding wire properly in the weld. Two sets of flux feed devices and two sets of flux return devices exist.

Flange straightening machine

It is widely used for welding work aimed at straightening steel flanges and flange plates. It is a high-precision, high-efficiency machine with a strong straightening force, wide straightening range, high work efficiency, and good product quality. Hydraulic drive rollers are located in front of and behind the main engine.

The box welder

This machine is mainly composed of an automatic moving gantry frame, automatic immersion welding machine, flux recycling system, arc guiding device and marking device, wire shovel pen, etc. He is equipped with two groups of longitudinal and lateral movement devices that drive the welding machine head. The welding arm automatically follows the welding line.

The face milling machine
